Step 3

Once you are accepted by the Landlord, you will need to fill out a GRF (Golden Rain Foundation) Application:

There are 3 different ones depending on the property you are leasing in Laguna Woods:

Your Realtor will let you know which one you will need. They will also guide you through the Process of filling the tenant section out of each of the applications.

You will need to prepare 3 checks for your upcoming lease:

1) $160 Personal Check made out to: GRF to go along with your application that you are submitting to the Board.

2) $500 Personal Check made out to: Laguna Premier Realty or the fee you have agreed to with your Realtor.

3) A Cashier's check made out to the Listing Agent's Firm Trust Account or the Owner. Your Realtor will give the exact name the check should be made out to. This check includes the 1st months rent, the security deposit, and any other deposits that are due. Your Realtor will give you the exact amount of this check.
