Valerie and her husband moved to Laguna Woods in 2023 and quickly discovered the

importance of working with a Realtor® who truly understood the unique intricacies of

buying a home in this community. That experience led them to Laguna Premier Realty

and Realtor Bob DePew, whose thoroughness and attention to detail provided peace of

mind throughout their homebuying journey. Inspired by the process and her long-

standing interest in real estate, Valerie joined Laguna Premier Realty in January 2024

and is now a valued member of the Bob DePew Homes team.

Valerie brings a strong background in both real estate and legal administration. From

2004 to 2007, she served as the Office Manager and Broker’s Assistant at RE/MAX All-

Pro in Palmdale, California. In 2007 she joined the law firm of Charlton Weeks LLP, a

real estate and estate planning law firm. There, she managed administrative operations

for a team of attorneys and paralegals until her retirement in 2022. Her role included

supporting the attorneys with real estate-related matters, where she applied her real

estate training and knowledge in a legal setting. Additionally, Valerie handled the firm’s

preliminary assessment of all incoming probate cases.

Valerie is a member of the Orange County Board of Realtors, California Association of

Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She is committed to ongoing education

and stays current with market trends and real estate law to better serve her clients.
